My experience having Gastric Sleeve surgery at Medipol University Hospital was excellent, and I strongly recommend them. ​The Surgeon: Op.Dr. Mehmet Medhi Deniz (is also University Professor) is a wonderful surgeon. He was very kind, professional, and helpful in every way. He always smiled and gave great attention to his patients and their recovery. The operation was very successful, causing minimal pain and a fast recovery. The Organizer and Support Team: The coordination team was excellent at organizing everything quickly. Thank you to Nur, Hamit, and Sevgi for their fast work and great organization of all the hospital procedures. The translators, Yusuf and Sidan, were very helpful and made communication smooth. ​Hospital Quality and Staff: The Medipol hospital services were excellent and modern. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable. The cleanliness was very high, and the cleaning team was also very kind and helpful. Most of the nursing staff were cooperative. ​I am very happy with my decision and the wonderful care I received from Dr. Deniz and his team.

I had a fantastic experience here. The facilities are modern and clean. The rooms are clean, spacious and private. My surgeon did a fantastic job on my surgery. The staff were so professional especially Merve who was always kindly checking on me during my stay. I highly recommend this hospital for your medical needs especially if you are from overseas like me (travelled from Australia)

I gave birth in this hospital and I have only one complaint about how one nurse treated me when I went through the greatest pain in my life. I gave birth without an epidural and while I was in pain on my bed unable to move my body because they didnt allow me, all she cared about was that I stayed still so she can put the needle in my hand, although i told her to wait for one minute untill my pain of the contraction goes away”, she said that the doctor blames her if she gets late 2 minutes. So I had to endure the pain as much as I could. Also she shouted at me because when she was doing an internal examination to see how many centimetres dialted I am, I was going through a contraction again and my muscles pressed on her hand so it hurt her. I told her to get her hand out because i was in so much pain from the contraction. I was 9 centimetres at that time, but all she said is that “dont do that to me again you hurt my hand so much”. Her name was Kübra and I dont think i have met someone so heartless before.

Three years ago my son was born at Medipol Hospital. The doctor I met there was very good, and the delivery cost was very low. The visit fees were also very low. But after three years, when I became pregnant again and went there, the visit fees were very high and the delivery cost was extremely high. I feel that the hospital owner or the people involved with the hospital should think more about people. Ordinary people should be able to receive good service at an affordable cost.
