By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a clinic, hospital, or other entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.

1) What Medicaroute Is (and Is Not)

Medicaroute is an online platform that helps users discover healthcare providers (doctors, clinics, hospitals), view provider information, request information, and communicate with providers.

Medicaroute is not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider and does not provide medical services, diagnosis, or treatment. Medicaroute does not practice medicine and does not replace a consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.

2) Medical Disclaimer and Emergencies

All information on the Platform (including profiles, articles, guides, messages, reviews, and any AI-generated or translated text) is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not use the Platform for urgent or emergency medical needs.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Platform. If you use the Platform for a minor, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

4) Accounts and Security

Some features require an account. You agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;

  • keep your login credentials confidential and secure; and

  • notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect the Platform, enforce these Terms, or address suspected fraud, abuse, or security risks.

5) Provider Profiles and Accuracy of Information

Provider profiles and related information may be provided by healthcare providers or third parties. While we may moderate certain content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform.

Medical outcomes are not guaranteed, and availability, pricing, and services may change without notice.

6) Communications on the Platform

The Platform may offer contact forms, messaging, chat, email, phone links, or WhatsApp links. By using these features, you consent to receive communications related to your request from Medicaroute and/or providers.

Providers are responsible for their own communications, response times, advice, offers, and follow-up. Medicaroute is not responsible for provider communications or decisions.

7) Patient Information and Consent

Medicaroute takes privacy seriously.

  • We do not share patient information with providers or third parties without the patient’s consent, except where required by law or as necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Platform.

  • When you submit an inquiry or request, you may be asked to provide consent for sharing certain details with selected providers so they can respond.

For more information on how we handle personal data, please review our Privacy Policy: medicaroute.com/privacy-policy

8) Quotes, Offers, Bookings, and Treatment Relationships

If the Platform enables quote requests, coordination, or bookings:

  • quotes and offers are made by providers, not Medicaroute;

  • any decision to proceed with treatment is your responsibility; and

  • any medical services contract is between the patient and the provider.

Medicaroute is not a party to medical services agreements and is not responsible for clinical care, medical outcomes, or disputes arising from medical services.

9) Payments (Current and Future)

Currently, Medicaroute does not process payments for medical services. Providers handle medical billing directly.

Medicaroute may introduce paid features in the future (for example, subscriptions, advertising, featured listings, lead tools, coordination services, or other paid services). If and when payments are enabled:

  • pricing and terms will be clearly presented before purchase;

  • payments may be processed by third-party payment processors; and

  • additional terms (including refund/cancellation terms) may apply and will be provided at the time of purchase.

10) User Content (Reviews, Messages, Uploads)

You may be able to submit content such as reviews, comments, messages, images, or other materials (“User Content”). You:

  • are responsible for your User Content;

  • represent that you have the right to submit it; and

  • agree not to post unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or privacy-violating content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Medicaroute a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, translate, and format it as needed to operate and promote the Platform.

We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our moderation policies.

11) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;

  • impersonate others or misrepresent identity, credentials, or affiliations;

  • harass, threaten, or abuse others;

  • post unlawful, hateful, or discriminatory content;

  • violate privacy or data protection laws;

  • scrape, harvest, or extract data without permission;

  • interfere with the Platform’s security or operation; or

  • upload malware or harmful code.

12) Intellectual Property

The Platform (including design, text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by Medicaroute or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.

13) Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may include third-party services (such as maps, analytics, chat tools, or payment processors) and links to third-party websites. Medicaroute is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

14) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content will be accurate or complete.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Medicaroute is not liable for medical outcomes, clinical decisions, provider acts or omissions, malpractice, or disputes between users and providers.

  • Medicaroute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

If liability cannot be excluded, Medicaroute’s total liability will be limited to the greater of:

  • the amount you paid to Medicaroute in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or

  • TRY 1,000.

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medicaroute and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • your use or misuse of the Platform,

  • your User Content,

  • your interactions with providers or patients, or

  • your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

17) Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the Platform.

Sections intended to survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will continue to apply.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes will be subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
