After paying the consultation fee, we were immediately told to perform a simple “crystal test” to check balance. Shockingly, the test was conducted not by a doctor but by a nurse, with no visible expertise — and they charged 2,500 TL for it.
It was evident that this was something the doctor himself could have done during the consultation, yet we were sent to another floor just to add an extra charge. It felt more like a money-driven setup than a healthcare institution.
Even worse, we never received a proper medical report of the test. The doctor’s attitude was casual and dismissive, and his focus seemed far more aligned with aesthetic procedures than genuine ENT or vertigo expertise.
Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing — no trust, no transparency, and no professionalism. I would strongly advise patients seeking real medical expertise to look elsewhere.
