The HWT Clinic were professional and welcoming from start to finished. My first contact with Hugo was just after Christmas 2025. He was very helpful in advising me how the produce would go, and even the possibility I may need a second visit in a years time, as the area I needed the transplant was large, and for best results, a second visit maybe needed. Once booked I was given 6-7 dates across January 2026. I couldn’t fully commit to one, but penciled it in. I did need to change to a later date, and Hugo confirm this would be fine. I arrived in Istanbul and was collected and taken to my hotel. It was a very nice hotel. The next day was the procedure. The team were very good at communicating to me what was going to be done, and once completed, very helpful with any pain medication I may need. I didn’t really feel and pain later on or on the next day, who I went for my first wash, which was quick and easy. Then my car was waiting to take me back to the airport. The whole trip was 3 days, and I am now 1 week after the procedure and I am so glad I had this done. I would fully recommend The HWT Clinic.

They only do one surgery a day, so you’re not being rushed through anything. You also get a full year of post‑op hair care products, and the follow‑up has been solid. I also want to highlight Hafsa, who supported me throughout the day, ensuring everything went smoothly—she’s truly a credit to the clinic. Finally, Dr. Asuman Dinçer, the anesthesia specialist, made the entire procedure completely comfortable and painless. The clinic also arranged all logistics, including airport transfers and hotel pick up which made the whole experience stress-free. If anyone is considering a hair transplant, I cannot recommend HWT in Istanbul highly enough. You will be in the best hands and receive world-class treatment.
