I chose this clinic on my father’s recommendation. I had a few fillings in my mouth, and apart from being called back multiple times for minor procedures related to the fillings, I didn’t experience any problems. However, I was completely dissatisfied with the treatment after Dr. Önder told me that the crown in my mouth had reached the end of its lifespan. After the old crown was removed and a new one was applied, it fell out twice within a week. A zirconium crown was applied for longer-lasting results, but it broke at the root within a year. When I went back, they said the root of the tooth was decayed. When I showed my X-rays to two different doctors, I learned that the root had been excessively widened and even worked on in the palate in an attempt to stabilize it, and that this was the reason the root couldn’t withstand the pressure and broke. In short, I lost my tooth and am now undergoing implant treatment with another doctor.

My doctor, Dr. Önder, Ms. Zümrüt, and Dr. İlter, who greets me with a smile, sincerity, and kindness every time I go, are extremely attentive, warm, and professional, as if they were family. My treatment process went smoothly, and I am very satisfied with the result. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
