I visited Dr. Cihan Albayrak at Medient Kulak Burun Boğaz with my mother for her vertigo problem. After paying the consultation fee, we were immediately told to perform a simple “crystal test” to check balance. Shockingly, the test was conducted not by a doctor but by a nurse, with no visible expertise — and they charged 2,500 TL for it. It was evident that this was something the doctor himself could have done during the consultation, yet we were sent to another floor just to add an extra charge. It felt more like a money-driven setup than a healthcare institution. Even worse, we never received a proper medical report of the test. The doctor’s attitude was casual and dismissive, and his focus seemed far more aligned with aesthetic procedures than genuine ENT or vertigo expertise. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing — no trust, no transparency, and no professionalism. I would strongly advise patients seeking real medical expertise to look elsewhere.

The best staff and hospital ever. Dr. Arzu treated my vertigo problems when I had some of them. When I encountered a similar problem while traveling abroad, I phoned the hospital, and they provided prompt assistance. Funda did her best to get in touch with my doctor, Arzu, and she was just about to do so so that she could re-prescribe my old medication for me. Funda were a big help. My doctor was also truly great, and I’m extremely happy with their assistance and services.

I am an international patient. I came in because my ear was not hearing. I provided my passport and checked in with 5 minutes I was seeing an ear specialist upon examination he viewed my ears and proceeded to removed the wax with precision and very advanced suction and viewing apparatus. When finished he provided a prescription for 2 types of drops and informed me what had occurred in English. There was also an assistant a triage nurse to help me get prescription. Very great experience. Cost was 300 lira about 25 euro. Thanks

I have been there 3 times for my ear problem this year and the doctor was very accurate and helpful Also, The foreign operation (Ms.Funda) is very kind , helpful , patience and Helping me with getting the soonest available appointment and also with my insurance problem. It’s really great for me, as a foreigner who couldn’t speak Turkish, to have this much professional help on all of the proses.

We went to this clinic on a Sunday night, when there was no specialist doctor anywhere in the emergency room. They solved the problem of my foreign guest’s ear clogged in a short time. The doctor could speak English fluently. We were very satisfied with their service.
