Six-pack surgery, also known as abdominal etching or high-definition liposuction, is a body contouring procedure designed to create a more defined and athletic appearance of the abdominal muscles.

Unlike standard liposuction, which mainly removes excess fat, six-pack surgery is performed more selectively. Fat is removed strategically around the natural borders of the abdominal muscles to make the existing muscle definition more visible.

The main goals are:

– To enhance the natural lines of the abdominal muscles
 – To create a more defined and athletic abdominal appearance
 – To improve the visibility of the central abdominal line
 – To define the horizontal muscle separations
 – To create a more sculpted waist and abdomen

Six-pack surgery is most suitable for patients who:

 – Have relatively low body fat
 – Already have some underlying abdominal muscle development
 – Have good skin elasticity
 – Maintain an active lifestyle
 – Are close to their ideal weight
 – It is not primarily a weight-loss procedure.
